Our professional bespoke filming offers a high quality services and unobtrusive filming throughout your wedding day with original ideas on how the finished edit will look.

As soon as you book our services, we will gather as much information from you both about your tastes and dislikes, so when you see your final film you will be as happy as we are with the end result.

All filming is carried out with 3ccd’s HD camera’s and sound is recorded through the use of professional broadcast microphones.

We want you to cherish your wedding film for years to come, so we can let you have as much input as you wish to contribute into all aspects of the filming and the editing process.

Approx 4 weeks before your wedding day, we will arrange to meet with you both and talk through how you want the day to be captured. For example, if you would prefer to be filmed from far a field or to have a more personal approach so you are the stars of the show. As well as this, we can talk you through the editing styles and gather all the relevant information from you both so as to have an idea of how we are going to finish the edit.

Once the big day arrives, we will start the filming by capturing beautiful esblaishing shots of the venue where the ceremony will take place, as well as close ups of all the delicate details that you have created. Or if you have chosen the option of the bridal preparations to be filmed, we will capture all the happy moments of the bride getting ready.

Once people start to gather for the arrival of the bride we will make sure that everyone is captured in a discreet fashion and be ready to capture the big moment of when the bride pulls up to the venue and enters towards her husband to be.

This will just be the beginning of your day, but this level of filming will continue through your day and late into the night depending on your package choices.

This is a common question asked by most couples, and normally this is not high on the list of important things needed for the wedding day, but we cannot underestimate how important this should be. Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your lives and it will pass you by in a blur. We recommend that during your day you should stop and take time to look around and appreciate what you have created for you (the couple) and your wedding guests. This is of course not possible throughout the whole of your day and many moments will be lost. You cannot be everywhere at once and many moments will be missed and forgotten, this is why filming of your day is recommended, to allow you to sit back with your husband/wife and appreciate the day for what it was.

Feedback from couples previously filmed state that they where glad they decided to have the film made as they missed so much from the day.

This all depends on the package and any extras that you have requested, and how you want the final piece to be presented, because every wedding film that we produce is different so will the running time. All this will be explained further during your meeting and we can discuss your likes and dislikes.

Yes we are insured to cover our events we film, which includes £2 million public liability insurance.

We like to meet around four weeks before your special day, so by that point most of your plans will be in place. Before this meeting we will ask you to prepare which types of music you both like and for you both it have a think about how you want the finished film to look. During the meet you will both have an idea and we can work with you to find out your final thoughts and ideas. As this is an important task for both parties to fully understand what is expected, there is no time limit on this meeting. It could take up to an hour or longer if necessary.

Yes you can request any type of music from the latest charts to older pieces. All the copyright licences will be obtained and these are already included in the prices of our packages.

We are based in the Northwest of England, but are equally happy to travel anywhere throughout the UK. As our location is centrally based, it is just as easy to get to Scotland, as it is to go to London.

(Note: Any Weddings over a 200 mile return journey from The Wirral are subject to a surcharge of 40 pence per extra mile and additional charges if an overnight accommodation is required. We are happy to film abroad, subject to additional charges, please contact us for a quotation. Any additional travel costs will be confirmed at the time of booking).

During the pre wedding meeting, we will discuss with you both what your requirements are throughout the day. From this we will know if you require the filming to take place at a distance or closer up. This is of course dependant on your own feelings and wishes.

Yes, this is part of all our packages.

We cannot give an exact date as to when your film will be ready as every film is different so each one will take different lengths of time to produce. We will however keep you informed of our progress. In addition to the basic edit that we have to produce, we will also colour grade your film and do a sound mix. We aim to have the completed film ready approx 6 weeks after your special day, but aim to complete this sooner.

For those who want to see their day sooner, we offer a service called “Sneak Peek”, if this option is chosen, we can produce a highlighted edited version of your wedding day and this will be avavaible to view within days on our website within the client area. All you have to do is simply log on and view your wedding. You can even view your video whilst on honeymoon or the comfort of your own home! You may even choose to pass on the link so your friends and family can view it as well.

We use a variety of microphones to pick up the sound from your special day, and these can be handheld for your guests to discrete small microphones, which can be hidden from sight. All of the equipment is of a professional broadcast standard and are commonly used within the film and TV industry.

You can simply fill out your details on our contacts page informing us as to when and the location you are due to get married. Once we have your dates we will confirm with you that we are available, if this is the case, we will then hold these dates for 14 days where a deposit is due. Once we have received your deposit then that date will be booked and contracts will be exchanged.

There are no copyright issues as all the licences for any music will be obtained and all paper work to confirm the copyrights can be requested from us. No payment for this service is required as this is included in every package. However our own product is copyrighted and is protected by law for you to make additional copies would be an infringement of our copyright and the copyright licences for which we have paid for on your behalf. Additional copies at a reasonable price can be purchased at any time, please contact us for a quotation.

We understand that accidents can happen, so as part of the service we will keep your master copy in a controlled environment as well as backing up our own material in a different location, so even if we ourselves have an accident we are backed up. In the instance where you do require a new copy, then simply give us a call! (Charges depend on the costs at the time of request.)
